Aion & the Making of DAL

Before time was shaped into linearity, there is an eternal observer who exists outside beginning and end: AION.

When reality fractured into infinite timelines, a myriad of versions of every soul were born. Memories began to overlap; identities crumpled until those were dissolved. Entire futures erased one another.

To prevent existence from collapsing, AION created a single celestial body: DAL. A moon that was never meant to complete its orbit. It circles eternity forever, suspended between every possible dawn, collecting pieces of lives that should never have existed.

Those chosen by DAL awaken as DAL·IΛ — beings who carry echoes of countless alternate selves. Their mission is not to protect one timeline, but to preserve the balance between all timelines.

DAL 달

The moon. Not a symbol of the moon — the moon itself.

IΛ

The ones who carry it. The Λ is inverted on purpose, echoing the triangle at the center of the Orders.

ΑΡΧΗ archē

First principle — the cause from which everything follows. Not a debut, an origin point the orbit keeps returning to.

The Three Orders

AION divided DAL·IΛ into three sacred Orders, so no single timeline would ever carry eternity alone.

Cardinal Fixed Mutable Lost Dawn
Order I — Cardinal

Παρορμητικό The First Dawn

"Every beginning creates another universe."

The initiators. Whenever a new timeline is born, they descend first — igniting possibility, awakening dormant futures, creating the first movement in history. Without them, nothing begins. They embody creation, will, and the courage to alter fate.

    Order I — Cardinal, Παρορμητικό
    Order II — Fixed

    Σταθερό The Eternal Moon

    "What survives becomes truth."

The keepers. Once a timeline stabilizes, they preserve its existence against corruption — guarding memories, protecting identities from erasure, ensuring the orbit of DAL never breaks. Without them, reality forgets itself. They embody stability, memory, and conviction.

      Order II — Fixed, Σταθερό
      Order III — Mutable

      Μεταβλητό The Endless Eclipse

"To survive eternity, one must become it."

They walk between realities, guiding souls through collapsing timelines and carrying memories from worlds that no longer exist. They alone can reshape identity without losing themselves. Where others see endings, they create transformation. They embody change, adaptation, and rebirth.

        Order III — Mutable, Μεταβλητό
        Order 0 — Unbound

        The Lost Dawn Mio

"Before creation, preservation, and transformation could be separated, there existed possibility itself."

Before AION divided DAL·IΛ into the Three Orders, there was one soul who became lost between them. She can enter any Order. Every Order recognizes her. None can truly claim her.

In the cycle — Παρορμητικό · Σταθερό · Μεταβλητό — she exists in the gap between each stage: the brief instant where one state becomes another.
